Our service operates on a per-user licensing model, complemented by a base organisational licence fee. This scalable approach allows your organisation to efficiently expand AI capabilities while maintaining control over costs.

1. AI Workspace Platform: SupaHuman AI handles all the common elements associated with SaaS services, providing a hassle-free experience. Hosted in AWS Australia, the platform is architected for 99.9% uptime, ensuring reliability and performance.

2. Customisable Customer UX: The workspace includes tailored user experience components, identity platform integration, and custom AI modules. These features support brand personality, ethical control, user management, and extended workflows for long-form content.

3. Multi-Tenant Architecture: Designed with logical data separation, the service is guided by ISO27001 and NZISM best practices, supporting enterprise data security and compliance.

4. Environment Access: As a best practice, we provide 2 AI Workspace environments by default.  User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production domain access, ensuring a structured and efficient deployment process.

5. User Management: Comprehensive tools for user management, including secure login with multi-factor authentication via your own identity provider (SSO) and detailed permission settings.

Feature Descriptions

SupaSearch

Overview: SupaSearch enables intelligent web search within AI Workspace. It delivers fast, cited, and context-aware results by using semantic search techniques across the open web.

User Benefit: Eliminates time wasted on shallow or scattered search results by surfacing high-quality insights instantly, supporting deeper, more confident decision-making.

Controls: Can be toggled on/off per AI via the SupaAdmin settings panel.

AI Multitasker

Asynchronous Processing: Enables users to send long-running AI tasks to the background, freeing them up to continue working without interruption.

Multitasking Workflow Support: Designed for users managing multiple tasks—this feature allows parallel execution of AI queries and document generation.

Live Task Monitoring: A background task panel provides real-time visibility into task status, queued items, and completion alerts.

Scalability & Efficiency: Reduces perceived latency and system bottlenecks by decoupling processing time from active usage.

User Experience: Improves flow and responsiveness in AI Workspace, aligning with natural multitasking behaviour and boosting overall productivity..

AI Compliance Advisor

Overview: Provides user-driven compliance moderation for AI-generated content. SupaAdmins define rule sets or upload policies, which the AI checks output against—flagging content that violates pre-set standards.

User Benefit: Helps customer-facing and regulated teams scale AI confidently while staying compliant. No forced rewriting—users remain in control of edits.

Controls: Admins set rule severity (Info, Warning, Error) and can enable/disable enforcement per workspace.

Inline Editor

Overview: Allows users to directly edit, format, and comment on AI-generated content within AI Workspace. Includes live formatting, annotation tools, and instant AI-assisted revision.

User Benefit: Streamlines review and collaboration without leaving the platform—no need to export or switch tools.

Controls: Available by default in document views; no special configuration needed.

Org Intel

Overview: Automatically generates rich organisational profiles (firmographics, financials, competitors, tech stack, etc.) using AI-driven aggregation of public data sources.

User Benefit: Accelerates customer onboarding and maintains accurate business context without manual research.

Controls: Activated by SupaAdmin via Org Settings tab. Requires only organisation name to initiate setup.

Numerical Data & Graphing

Overview: Enables formula processing, calculations, and data visualisation directly within AI Workspace. Supports creation of graphs such as bar, line, and scatter plots through natural prompts.

User Benefit: Lets teams interpret complex data without switching tools—ideal for real-time modelling and insight extraction. 

Controls: Prompt-based feature—no separate toggle; context must be included in user input.

Workspace Reasoning

Overview: Displays visible reasoning steps during AI content generation. Shows how AI processes tasks (e.g. “Searching documentation”) for increased clarity and trust.

User Benefit: Helps users understand AI decision-making logic; improves transparency and auditing.

Controls: SupaAdmins configure visibility levels per user role or task type.

AI Workspace Connectors

Overview: Lets users securely connect SharePoint and Google Drive, giving AI real-time access to internal documents. Supports knowledge retrieval, summarisation, and analysis within Workspace.

User Benefit: Reduces manual file uploads, supports RAG-based workflows, and ensures responses are grounded in current, trusted internal data.

Controls: Enabled per AI instance; connection setup initiated by user.

File Upload to AI Agent

Overview: Allows SupaAdmins to upload files (PDF, DOCX, TXT) directly to an AI’s knowledge base, making the AI aware of document content while answering queries.

User Benefit: Provides the AI with rich context tailored to each organisation’s needs - boosting precision and personalisation of outputs.

Controls: File management tab appears in AI settings next to RAG controls. SupaAdmins can upload or delete files. Deleting removes context from the AI.
