Overview
SupaHuman’s AI Workspace for Private Training Establishments (PTEs) and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) is a specialised platform for creating, managing, and delivering compliant training content.
The workspace is designed to support providers under both the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), while also giving the flexibility to support off-framework courses such as short courses, industry micro-credentials, and internal training programmes.
By combining advanced AI with human-in-the-loop quality assurance, SupaHuman enables institutions to build audit-ready assessments and engaging resources for regulated qualifications and non-regulated offerings alike.

1. Standards Management System
Description:
Centralised control of unit standards (NZ), competency units (AU), and organisation-defined standards for off-framework learning.
Features:
- Library of all standards with filters by level, expiry, and compliance status.
- Version control with complete history and audit logs.
- Development tracking of associated assessments and learning materials.
- Ability to tag and categorise off-framework courses alongside regulated units for seamless oversight.
2. Assessment Generation & Quality Assurance
Description:
AI-powered tools to rapidly generate assessments for regulated qualifications and off-framework courses (coming soon).
Features:
- Authoring Engine: Creates formative and summative assessments aligned to standards, competencies, or organisation-defined learning outcomes.
- Assessor Guides: Comprehensive guidance including rubrics, exemplar responses, and moderation instructions.
- Delivery Flexibility: Supports written, oral, practical, blended, digital, or paper-based delivery.
- Version Management: Multiple versions with reassessment variants for moderation and fairness.
- Off-Framework Courses (Coming Soon): Enables creation of assessments for non-NZQA/ASQA accredited programmes, industry-specific short courses, and micro-credentials.
- QA Engine: Checks all assessments against:
- NZQA Principles of Assessment and external moderation expectations.
- ASQA Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence.
- Organisation-defined QA rules for off-framework offerings.
3. Learning Resource Development
Description:
Create study guides, lesson plans, and resources that support both regulated programmes and off-framework training.

- AI-generated study guides linked directly to assessments.
- Lesson Planning: Converts guides into modular lesson structures with objectives, activities, and timings.
- Content Types: Explanatory text, examples, activities, self-checks, and visual materials.

Description:
Automated monitoring of both regulatory changes (NZQA, ASQA) and organisation-driven off-framework updates.

- Detects NZQA unit standard updates and ASQA training package revisions. (from uploaded Standards/UoC)
- Trigger workflows for regenerating dependent assessments and resources.
- Audit-ready logs for regulated and non-regulated programmes.
5. AQA – Assessor Quality Assurance (Coming Soon)
Description:
A specialised quality assurance engine designed to validate the assessor’s judgment and consistency, ensuring compliance and moderation readiness.
Features:
- Compares assessor judgments for consistency across different cohorts.
- Flags discrepancies against NZQA moderation principles or ASQA audit expectations.
- Generates moderation-ready validation reports.
- Provides ongoing assessor calibration feedback, helping reduce variance and audit risks.
- Applies the same QA framework to off-framework assessments, ensuring internal quality benchmarks are met even outside regulatory oversight.
