Turn the resource into practice learners use
Give Nova 5 the unitstandard and the resources you wrote for it. In about 20 minutes it builds role plays, scenarios, fault finders and coached practice, each mapped to the requirement, in the client's industry and their learners' language. Set it up inside the client's account, validate what it built, and the client's learners get it on their phone or inside the LMS.

Put VETos, Nova 5 or both inside the client's own account. You administer it, validate what it builds and support it as part of your service. The provider sees you deliver more, and we stay in the background unless you want us in the room.
Resell at wholesale, or refer for a share
Hold the contract and bill at your price, or introduce the provider and let us contract with them while you earn a share for as long as they stay. Add validation, contextualisation and update services on top either way.

A fair question
Doesn't VETos compete with a resource studio?
It drafts. It does not validate, and it does not carry the accountability a provider needs someone to carry. A draft against scope becomes a resource when a person who knows the industry, the Standards for RTOsNZQA rules and the assessor on the other end has worked it over. That is what your clients pay you for, and it is the part the AI makes more valuable, not less. The studios that do well with AI are the ones with the judgement to use it. We would rather work with them than around them.

Resources you produce with VETos carry your name and your validation. Nova 5 carries its own name on the platform; the programme, the source resources and the sign-off carry yours, and learners see the client's branding on what they practise.
What VETos drafts on your account is your Customer-Owned IP under the Product Schedule, and you pass it to your client on whatever terms you already use. What Nova 5 builds inside a client's account is that client's. The resources you supplied remain yours. None of it is used to train models for anyone else.

Yes, and that is the point. A draft is a draft until your people have contextualised it, checked it against the requirement and the assessor's reality, and signed it off. The compliance responsibility sits with the provider, and the quality mark sits with you. The Product Schedule says the same thing in legal language.
