We build AI that takes routine work off skilled people, so they can spend their time on the work that needs them. We started in vocational education, where months of writing and mapping sit between a training package and a trained person. Our AI Studio takes the same approach into other industries.
Why we exist
The sector is splitting in two.
Some providers are rebuilding how they work around AI. Others are adding it to old workflows. We build for the first group, with a platform designed from the start to produce work that stands up to a regulator.
Hall's Cold Chain is a good example from outside education. We automated its manual planning, and the planners were redeployed to more strategic work. That's the outcome we want for training teams too: the same people, with more of their week spent on the work only they can do.
Founded by a team with 60+ combined years in enterprise software, AI and education, and led by CEO and co-founder Dave Howden, we're based in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland and work across Australia and New Zealand.

Training providers don't need better admin. The people they train need better learning. Right now a trainer's week goes on writing, mapping, validating and evidencing, and the learner gets whatever time is left. We hand that work to machines so trainers can get back to teaching. Deciding whether someone is competent will always be a person's job. Almost everything around it doesn't have to be.
