Outside Australia and New Zealand
AI coaching for vocational and workforce training, wherever you are.
Give Nova 5 any training programme, accredited or not, in any framework. In about 20 minutes it builds a full programme's worth of practice mapped to your standards, puts it on the learner's phone in their language, and keeps it current as you change it. Built for Australia and New Zealand. Now taking early partners everywhere else.
- Any standard, any framework, any language
- Self-serve sign-up, billed monthly
- Your people approve every change
In plain terms
What Nova 5 does, in any vocational system.
Nova 5 is an AI coaching platform for vocational education and workforce development from SupaHuman, a New Zealand company with customers across Australia and New Zealand. You upload a training programme: an apprenticeship standard, a competency framework, a qualification specification, an induction, a product course. Nova 5 reads it, builds learning and practice activities for every part of it, maps each activity back to the requirement it practises, and gives learners a coach beside every activity on their phone. Your trainers approve what it builds. Your assessors still make every decision.

Straight answers
What works the same everywhere, and what is different outside our home markets.
The same everywhere
- The build: a full programme's worth of practice in about 20 minutes, from your own material
- The mapping: every activity tied to the requirement it practises, so you can show coverage
- The coach: beside every activity, in the learner's language, on their phone or in your LMS through SCORM or LTI
- The governance: an AI reviewer checks every activity before a learner sees it; your people approve new designs and changes
- The line we hold: Nova 5 builds practice and coaching, not assessment. Your assessors decide
Different outside Australia and New Zealand
- Currency checks. At home, Nova 5 watches the national registers every month and flags changes. Elsewhere there is no register to watch, so you upload the change and Nova 5 rebuilds the affected practice through the same approval flow
- Framework vocabulary. Nova 5 maps to whatever structure your programme has: standards, outcomes, criteria, modules. Country-specific guides are coming, starting with the UK
- Support hours. Our team is in Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne. In-app support is answered within one business day in our hours; a 24/7 escalation covers critical incidents
- Data residency. Hosted on AWS in Sydney, Australia. For UK and EU customers we work under our Data Processing Addendum and standard transfer terms. If you need in-region hosting, say so in the form
- Scale. We are new to your market and we say so. Early partners get direct access to the people who build the product, and shape the country guide for everyone who follows
Who it suits
If your learners need to practise before they are assessed, it fits.
Apprenticeship and vocational providers
Colleges, independent training providers and apprenticeship providers working to standards, units or qualification specifications. Trades, care, hospitality, business and the rest.
Employers with their own training
Inductions, product training, compliance refreshers and internal programmes, turned into practice people do on the job and on their phone. No instructional design team needed.
Multilingual workforces
One source programme, practice in the languages your learners speak. Role plays and coaching that sound like the workplace, not a textbook.
Questions from outside our home markets
The things people ask first.
Yes, if your programme is written down. Nova 5 maps to whatever structure the document has: apprenticeship standards with knowledge, skills and behaviours; competency units with elements and criteria; qualification specifications with learning outcomes; or an internal course outline. Try it in the playground with a real programme before you talk to us.
The same as at home, converted: A$5 per learner a month (about US$3.30) with every practice type included, plus A$10 a month (about US$6.60) for each unit Nova 5 builds and keeps current. Billed monthly through the app in Australian dollars; your card provider converts. Early partners outside Australia and New Zealand have no learner minimum.
On Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia, under our Security Statement and Data Processing Addendum. Your data is yours; we do not use it to train models for anyone else; our AI model providers do not train on it either. For UK and EU customers we work under the DPA and standard transfer terms. If you need in-region hosting, tell us in the form and we will say honestly whether we can do it yet.
No. Nova 5 builds practice and coaching. It does not make, record or communicate any assessment, grading or certification decision. Your assessors decide, and direct observation stays the gold standard. Voice role plays can be kept as supporting evidence if your system allows it.
No learner minimum, direct access to the people who build the product, and a say in the country guide we write for your market. In return we ask for a real programme to build from and honest feedback on what works in your system.

We will reply within one business day. In the meantime, build something real in the playground and bring it to the conversation.
