AI coaching for WSQ and workforce training, built from the skills framework.
Give Nova 5 a WSQ course with its technical skills and competencies, a Skills Framework job role, or your own programme. In about 20 minutes it builds a programme's worth of practice mapped to each competency, with a coach beside every activity on the learner's phone, in the language they work in. Your trainers approve what it builds. Your assessors still decide.
- Mapped to TSCs and learning outcomes
- Practice in English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil
- Self-serve, monthly, no learner minimum
In plain terms
AI coaching for Singapore's training providers, ATOs, institutes and employers.
Nova 5 is an AI coaching platform for vocational education from SupaHuman, built for Australia and New Zealand and now taking early partners in Singapore. You upload a WSQ course with its technical skills and competencies and learning outcomes, a Skills Framework job role, a polytechnic or ITE module, or an internal programme. Nova 5 builds learning and practice activities for every competency, maps each one back to it, and gives learners a coach beside every activity in English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil. It supports learning and practice before assessment. It is not an assessment and does not make assessment decisions.

A worked example
From a WSQ service excellence course to a week of practice.
Upload the course and its TSCs. Nova 5 reads the learning outcomes and the performance statements, decides what is worth practising, and builds it. Here is the shape of what comes back for one competency on handling service challenges.
Respond to service challenges
The TSC asks the learner to recognise a service breakdown, recover it within the organisation's service standards, and escalate when needed. Two things to know, one to do, one to be.
A role play, a scenario and a fault finder
A voice role play with a customer whose order is wrong and who is in a hurry, in English or Mandarin. A branching scenario on recover, compensate or escalate. A fault finder with a service interaction where the recovery went wrong. Each mapped back to the learning outcome it practises.
Reviews, approves, assigns
The trainer sees the activities, edits anything that does not match the organisation's service standards, approves them, and assigns them for the week. The learner does them on their phone between shifts, with a coach that explains what they missed and why.
Before the assessment
The same engine builds rehearsal for role-play assessments and oral questioning, with the AI playing the customer or the assessor, as many times as the learner needs. The assessment, the assessor's decision and the Statement of Attainment stay exactly where they are: with your ATO's assessors and SkillsFuture Singapore's quality assurance.
Where it fits
Learning and practice. Never the assessment.
Practice between sessions
Role plays, scenarios and coached practice for each learning outcome, assigned by the trainer session by session. Progress and time on task are tracked, so you can see who practised what and evidence it.
Rehearsal before the real thing
Mock role-play assessments and oral questioning with the AI as customer or assessor. Written assessment practice in the format the course uses.
The line we hold
Nova 5 builds practice and coaching. It does not grade, does not record competence and does not issue anything. Your assessors assess; the Statement of Attainment is yours to issue; the learner's record is theirs.
Nova 5 builds practice in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil from one source programme, so a multilingual cohort does not mean building four times.
Questions Singapore providers ask
The things to know before we talk.
Yes. Upload the course with its technical skills and competencies and learning outcomes, or a Skills Framework job role, and Nova 5 maps every activity it builds to a competency or outcome. It works the same way with institute modules and internal programmes. Try it with a real course in the playground first.
No. Nova 5 builds practice and coaching, including rehearsal for role-play assessments and oral questioning. Your ATO's assessors assess, SkillsFuture Singapore's quality assurance applies, and the Statement of Attainment is yours to issue. Nova 5 makes no competence or grading decision.
Yes. Practice is built from one source programme in the learner's language. Tell us in the form which languages matter for your cohorts.
With you as the organisation and SupaHuman as your data intermediary under our Data Processing Addendum. Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia, with the transfer limitation obligation met through the DPA's contractual protections. Learner data is never used to train models for anyone else. If you need in-region hosting, tell us in the form.
The same as at home, converted: A$5 per learner a month (about S$4.30) with every practice type included, plus A$10 a month (about S$8.60) for each course or module Nova 5 builds and keeps current. Billed monthly through the app in Australian dollars; your card provider converts. Early partners in Singapore have no learner minimum.
In Australia and New Zealand, Nova 5 watches the national registers every month. In Singapore there is no register to watch yet, so when a TSC or course is revised you upload the new version and Nova 5 rebuilds the affected practice through the same approval flow. Nothing changes without a trainer approving it.

Thanks, we've got it.
We will reply within one business day. In the meantime, build something from a real WSQ course in the playground and bring it to the conversation.
